Extruder Exchange Program

Thank you for being a loyal Massive Dimension customer. We strive to recycle the widest range of plastics and to provide you with the best systems possible. This service gives you the opportunity to trade in your MDPH2 for an MDPE10 at a fraction of the price. Below is a list of steps you need to know before you inquire about this service.

1. You have two exchange options for returning your MDPH2 for an MDPE10.
1. You send your MDPH2 to us at:

   Once we receive the system and it passes inspection, we will send you your MDPE10 at the discounted price.
   
   
2. If you want the MDPE10 before you send back the MDPH2 you will have to purchase the MDPE10 at full price. When we receive the MDPH2, once it passes testing, we will refund you your trade value.
   
   
2. The discount you receive will be based on how much you paid for the MDPH2. For example, if you paid $4,949.00 for the MDPH2, you get that much off from the MDPE10 price. This amount excludes any shipping costs you paid. Validated through invoice or proof of purchase. If you do not have a proof of purchase you can still do the exchange but the discount price will only be $4,449.00.
   
   
3. You will be in charge of shipping costs. As the customer, you will pay to get the MDPH2 to us. We ask that if you have the original box the system came in, that you send it in that as it provides the best protection. Shipping of the MDPE10 will stay consistent with company policy with free domestic shipping. International customers will have to pay for shipping of the MDPE10.
