MAX-G™ PCTG is an exceptionally durable material that offers improved chemical resistance, clarity, and impact resistance vs. PETG. Our PCTG is easier to print than ABS or Nylon and offers many of the advanced properties of an engineering-grade resin.

MAX-G™ PCTG

MAX-G™ PCTG is an excellent alternative to the ever-popular PETG. Both PCTG and PETG are polyesters and great printing materials, but PCTG offers improved clarity, chemical resistance and impact resistance vs. PETG – making it a more durable engineering-grade option for demanding applications. This material exhibits low shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability making it a go-to for engineering applications. PCTG does not require a heated chamber and is easily printed with the MDPH2, MDPE10, MDPE50

Customer Testimonials

★★★★★

There is a very distinctive design language and quality of construction across all Massive Dimension parts. This combined with the fact that all these components are compatible with each other is a big selling point.

David Florian, Ph.D.

★★★★★

“We purchased an MDPH02 to convert an already existing industrial filament machine. They came to install it and did a wonderful job. Like most projects of the sort there were some unexpected issues but they made quick work of them and left us with a functioning pellet extruder on a previously filament based machine. Their product is well designed, well made and looks great on our machine!"

Thanks to the considered design of Massive Dimensions extruders we can print parts in a wide range of materials, including up to 400°C, effortlessly and successfully.”
