  1. Where does Massive Dimension ship to?
    We are a worldwide company that ships nearly everywhere. From the US, to China, to Australia we do our best to ensure our customers orders are met and their systems shipped to where they need to be! 

  2. Shipping Terms: EX Works (EXW) - Barre, Vermont
    The seller is responsible for making the goods available at the specified location of Barre, Vermont. The buyer assumes all transportation costs and risks from that point onward. The customer responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs clearance.

  3. What is the lead time for my order?
    Lead times change on a weekly basis. If a product is in stock it will usually ship within 1-2 days. If we are waiting on a shipment, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship and if there is a lead time longer than 2 weeks for a specific product, it will be specified on the product page.

  4. Do you accept purchase orders?
    We do accept purchase orders for orders totaling more than $75. If the total is less than $75, we will charge a $25 processing fee. If you do not want to pay the extra processing fee, you can place the order online at massivedimension.com and pay by credit card.

  5. Where can I send my quote request or purchase order?
    All purchase orders, as well as quote requests can be sent to contact@massivedimension.com or can be accessed within your Shopping Cart for online quotes. 

  6. Our establishment needs to make Massive Dimension a registered vendor, can you fill out our forms?
    Please send all vendor forms, as well as W9 requests to us at contact@massivedimension.com and we will respond promptly!

  7. How much is it to ship my order?
    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, rates will vary based on the speed and service you select.

Our screws are designed and tested by our engineers to meet a variety of customer needs. These screws are for use in the MDPE10 standard or industrial series extruder.

Standard Screw - Mixer Element (EX6-625-ME): Our stock general purpose screw profile with an additional mixer element for mixing and compounding extrusion applications. Works well for mixing additives, fillers, and co-polymer formulations.

Standard Screw (EX6-625): Our standard screw is designed for most PLA and ABS grades typically used for 3D printing, as well as other polymers with a similar melt viscosity. Our standard screw works best with pellets and granules in the 2-5mm size range.

Standard Profile for High Abrasion Materials (EX6-625-N):  Standard screw with a nitrated surface for high abrasion material extrusion. 

Standard Higher Shear (EX6-120-C2): This screw is the same spec as our Standard Screw, only shallower (high shear). This design can improve performance when using powders and smaller pellets (3mm and under).

High Compression Screw (EX6-120-C3): Best for pellets/granules in the 3mm and under range. This screw offers a higher compression than our Standard Screw.

Low Compression Screw (EX6-145-C125): This screw can improve performance with higher melt viscosity polymers which require less compression. Pellets and granules in the 2-4mm size range work best with this screw.

No Compression Screw (EX6-145-C0): This screw can improve performance with higher melt viscosity polymers which require no compression. Pellets and granules in the 2-4mm size range work best with this screw.

Full Screw Bundle (Qty 5): This bundle includes the 5 (except the chrome screw) screws at a discount price.
