Printing & Milling
MDAC Industrial Series empowers manufacturers to go beyond conventional boundaries by combining large-format pellet-based 3D printing with optional precision CNC milling in one automated workflow. This hybrid capability allows users to transition seamlessly from rough-form additive manufacturing to high-fidelity subtractive finishing, making it ideal for applications such as mold-making and tooling where surface quality is critical. For end-use parts, the integrated milling option ensures tight tolerances on essential features like mounting flanges and holes, reducing the need for secondary processing and enabling faster, more accurate production—all within a single robotic system.
Additional Options
- CNC milling with automatic tool changer
- Robotic arm with payload up to 475 kg
- Extra large build surfaces (various sizes)
- Larger extruder up to 50 lbs/hr output
- Linear track motion platform (up to 21m)
- Dynamic flow control
- Positioner table for complex prints
Training Services
Education is a key part of our turn-key approach to additive manufacturing. We offer training services to ensure you and your team are fully equipped to start printing with confidence—minimizing downtime and avoiding common early-stage issues. Our training covers the entire process: from slicer software and polymer extrusion fundamentals to basic robotic programming, extruder maintenance, and more. With over a decade of hands-on experience in large-format pellet extrusion, we provide the insight and support you need to succeed from day one.
We're here to help you print the next big thing.
