The MDPE10 Industrial Series builds on the MDPE10 platform with hardware upgrades for demanding, abrasive, and high-duty applications.
The barrel and screw are treated with a nitrided process, delivering superior hardness and wear resistance to handle highly filled polymers and abrasive additives while maintaining consistent performance over long production runs.
Like the Standard Series, the Industrial MDPE10 extruder outputs 10 lb per hour, five times more material than the MDPH2 extruder, enabling shorter print times and thicker walls in a single pass. Four heat zones and a 24:1 L/D hot-swappable screw give you precise thermal control and stable pressure. The MDPE10 has a set of seven screw designs lets you optimize extrusion for different material families and part geometries.
This Industrial configuration is specifically designed for high-volume production, extrusion of highly filled polymers, and abrasive additives, making it the right choice for users running composite-filled or mineral-filled pellets and continuous production schedules.
